Let me explain this. You can run at 60fps but their will be a huge problem with their facial animation system as it was captured at 30fps. That is the reason, not because its console port. And they can't call back the actors again and start over at 60fps facial recording just for PC.

It wasn't entertaining. I don't know how IGN call themselves as top reviewers. I know that a best writer is a reviewer and isn't required to be a gamer but they should understand art & entertainment.
