I love this game. I'm still playing it quite regularly seeing as it's installed on my PS3. Can just spend an hour or two cruising around doing absolutely nothing. It definitely beats out alot of modern racing games in terms of free roaming and replayability.

That's Brand Loyalty right there if i'm not mistaken, but i guess many would call it fanboyism and that's a general term given to anyone who expresses an opinion on which console or whatever they prefer. @ Jaws007 Yeah well i guess you may not play survival alot then lol. When you die and observe your other teammates playing you often see what they don't and you want to alert them. It's pretty useful to that especially in team based games.
But yeah Cross Game voice chat... never seen the need until now.

Hmm i'm pretty happy with my PS3 at the moment and i'm not too fussed with Updates and extra stuff but the point about the XMB is something i have to agree on.
I can usually deal with it but when i'm in an online MGO game for example i don't want to have to wait a minute or so to send a PSN message saying the "Enemy is right behind you!"
It would be nice to be able to personally choose what parts of the XMB show at all times e.g. If ...
Assuming you had a PS3 all you had to do was install the game and the load time for fights would last maybe about 5 or 6 seconds max.
If it wasn't installed it took forever. Not sure what it's like on the Xbox, probably not too bad but dunno.
If anyone here plays MGO you'd know how perfect a team can be if all of this comes together.

Ha ha, i've never heard of it being put that way (I know other names for it though). I was amazed at how many people would choose not to play the game simply because of the Konami ID system. But yes, it was a blessing in disguise.
Adding spaces to "LittleBigPlanet 2" would make it more grammatically correct; except in this case it's a name so yes they are spelling the name wrong but atleast we can pretty much perfectly understand what they're saying.
Now if it's something like missing the hyphen from Spider-Man or nutcrackr's example above of adding a space where it's not needed then it's (kind of) worth writing a blog about how Journalism is going down the drain lol. ...
Speeding it up would draw in alot more people but it would definitely take away from the tactical feel of MGO2, (most people as it is play it as a run and gun game).
I'd prefer this online mode to not be MGO3 but just a new Rising specific online mode... Umm that makes sense right?
Hmm a christmas themed DLC would be nice but i'm more into an easter theme, where large animals will be replaced with different types of Chocolate rabbits and there will be chocolate eggs everywhere and they'll be used as the currency. And John Marston has to bring back the true story behind Easter but the dlc ends just like the real story does because we all know that nowadays chocolate is more important than the true meaning of Easter...
That's right but it will lead to an increase in scratched discs and i guess the casual gamers won't have any idea why it's happened and so blame Kinect.

lol, such a simple solution... Would never have thought of doing that.
(Mind you i don't have a disc cleaning machine to use nor do i have any scratched games but nevertheless useful bit of common sense for people like me who would give up on a scratched disc.)
Personally couldn't care less about Planetside now that we have Dust 514.
Planetside 2 could definitely run on the PS4 but it's already being done on consoles in a much more interesting way by Dust 514.
