Yes it does. Thats why some games run better. for ex. fallout 3 is vsync'd and has no stuttering on x1 and mass effect is fully vsync'd and loads textures faster
the 980 isnt being utilized good at all. if it was you'd be at 4k comfortably

Yes. Make a handheld with hardware that third party devs like to work with and get lots of hits like GTA, BF, Cod, 2k, Madden, and games like that and bring halo and other first party games. It would be a big hit. give it a 250 price point bundled with a game and were good
The vita failed because of Sony. They didn't bring the first party games people wanted and 3rd parties brought half assed ports. If MS brings a capable handheld thats easy for devs to work with MS's handheld would be a huge success

Has a layer of post processing over it. That hides most of the jaggies but gives the iq a softer look but the lighting and everything is nice. and the softer image should be fixed before release
Heck yeah considering the 3ds has over 100mil sold. The only thing is they need to find an efficient way of controlling the camera
