Everyone is saying the Android is better, and in some ways it is, but you have to remember that without the original iPhone there wouldn't be an android, the iPhone started this type of smart phone.
Also about the multiple tasking, os 4.0 does it different then any other phone, I don't have the time to go into details, but you can look it up.

I'm still getting the 360 version, given Rockstars past performance on the PS3 and the fact that all media has been shown on the 360 is enough to convince me..
