Xbox is cheaper because of a lower base price in the UK, they just added an amount for the game on top of the console prices. Xbox one is the cheaper version because of it
Sounds silly but pokemon means pocket monsters. I dont think well ever see a proper pokemon game like the handheld one on consoles. Theres been a few variations like XD but the japanese are pretty strict about there traditions

The 360 will be increasingly irrelevant by 2016, it would be kind of silly for MS to bother with a 360 Gears.
