No I don't. I think to get 60 fps on Scorpio at 4k, sacrifices will be made and it will still be very far behind pc gaming. People were looking at the scorpio as the second coming of christ, they are going to be disappointed. As you can see, people were expecting way too much at a low price.
I said in another article that my 980 ti can do 4k, but not at a great fps. It was 675.00, so 500.00 bones is pretty cheap for 4k graphics. I personally will not be buying Scorpio as I am salty as a day 1 Xbox 1 owner.
What were people expecting? It's a 4k console. Just like pc, it costs more for higher resolutions. I'm surprised it isn't more than that.

EA forced them to use the frostbite engine. Rory Mcllroy pga tour golf was also using the frostbite engine and it is a terrible game based on past tiger woods golf games.

That's just it. A 980ti is last gen in terms of video cards and it is still more powerful than Scorpio. It was 675.00 when I bought it. Tried to be reasonable with Xbox fans on what to expect but your blind love for the system will end in disappointment. I bought an Xbox day 1 for 500.00, it's been a huge disappointment. Pretty graphics will not fix the brand overnight, the damage is done.
Castlevainia SOTN is a ps1 classic on the store for 5$. That fact alone has made the ps3 stay plugged in with no end in sight. Ps1 classics are great! I still have discs and they play those as well. Its a shame the ps4 doesn't play ps1 games or ps2 cause the power is there to emulate those systems. Hoping to get some old high school friends together soon for a tekken 3 tournament. I bought mine with the hope of better FPS at 1080p. I still have not purchased a 4k tv because I refuse to buy a cheap one and the content is just not there yet. I work for Directv (at&t) and we can barely get 4k content on satellite. My 1080p tv was a little over 3 grand for a 65 inch and I am not replacing that beauty anytime soon.
I also know the pro was advertised to do 4k, but checkerboard 4k is not 4k.
In comparison to my pc with a 6700k and 980ti, no I am not. I bought my pro for better 1080p gaming. The scorpio is supposed to do 4k with a gpu similar to a 480x. My 980ti blows a 480x out of the water, but my 980ti doesn't do 4k at great framerates. It will if I dial all the settings down, but whats the point in that? Socom 4 was trash! The ps2 Era socom games were the best in the series. Socom 4 had call of Duty influence that it didn't need.

liqu1d gets it. Games are cheaper on pc as well most of the time. No subscription fees and you can keep playing your old games cause the architecture has been the same. Broken games are fixed by fans and mods. Upgrading a pc over the years isn't that bad either cause you can sell your old graphics card to go towards a new card. I have a pc, ps4, ps4 pro, wii u and an xbox 1. I regret buying one of those systems, guess which one.
