Mine hasn't even been plugged in for 6 months. Thought about donating it to the local Childrens hospital where my fiance works, but kids get too physical with the wii. I don't want a toy make their hospital visit any longer than it has to be.
Some kids are annoying, that's just a fact. I was excited to get a wii myself, to sell on ebay to these kids parents. Kids tend to get over excited, but I don't just have the patience for it. My niece the other day stayed with me, she wanted mcdonalds. I went there and ordered her a happy meal. Come back home, after an hour her food isn't touched and shes playing with the toy. Mcdonalds is 20 miles from me.
Hasn't even been turned on in 6 months. The last time I played it is when river City Ransom came to the Virtual Console. In my eyes thats all the Wii is good for. I also have a DS and haven't really figured out why I own it also, maybe it was Final Fantasy 3 but I want to get Chronotrigger DS. My money goes where Final Fantasy goes. Its the reason I also have a PSP, Crisis Core. I'll be getting 13 for the PS3 unless its better on the 360.
I just can't believe people pay money for virtual stuff. What if I told my friend I bought a couch? He would ask where is it, Oh.... it's in my summer home. The PS3 is a value to a sony fan. But to the parents out there christmas shopping, Its a very expensive gift. I don't see the PS3 as a kid friendly console. I play counterstrike and this game down to the weapons is the same. This isn't really a bad thing its just crazy the amount of similarities
But socom is my favorite series, and it is unplayable for me in its current state. I wanted this game to be the best one yet but I am very disappointed. I can't even join a game from the friends list in game? That feature was in all the other socoms. Hit detection sucks, and everyone thats new to the series just gets a rpg every round cause they can't get a kill any other way. There was a beta for this game and it doesn't show.

I did a graphics comparison between the 2, I have gears 1 on my pc and gears 2 on the 360. I think the pc version looks better than 2, all settings at max.

It died, Bought a ps3. 2 years latter I bought another 360. I still like the the PS3 better but now I can talk all the trash I want about the 360. I can't wait till it rrod, its gonna happen no doubt about it.

I bet you can never guess which one I think is the best. PS3 has shown me more impressive things that the 360 just can't do. just watched a reaver chase on Gears 2, looked good, couple of hiccups with the framerate. I actually love owning all 3 cause now I can talk all the trash I want.
If the wii had a gameboy player on it, I would actually play it. I have all the final fantasy game for the GBA but hate staring at that little screen. I have them also for the playstation but the GBA versions have extra features and dungeons. Games I own for Wii, Mario Kart, Wii sports. Don't see myself investing anymore money into it.
