Simply because even if great games are coming on PS3, thare's still a load of great games coming on 360, so, from a gamer perspective, what's the sense of getting rid of the 360?

Is crystal clear from the very beginning that Sony in this generation is always a step behind MS in term of games.
MS have been able to deliver this generation first and is feeding her customers with tons of games, many exclusives, many better versions, and many timed exclusives.
In my opinion PS3 will ABSOLUTELY get it's Star Ocean.

IF this year were going to be released God of War 3, GT5, FFXIII along the other names, yes, this could be the year of PS3.

I'm not against HDD installations, I'm against this PC-style that is ridicolous.
Ok, due to the fact that Sony had to bush her BD in PS3 we got a slow performing drive, so I understand this and accept HDD installation.
But PLEASE do as Xbox used to do it.
Trasparent, and make the system automatically remove the older ones.
