That demo was definitely pretty cool. Shown on a high end PC with Titans I believe, it got soooo bogged down once they exploded the entire building. Then they switch computation to the cloud and blamo, solid FPS and wonderful physics and calculations going on. If this proves to work on real world Internet connections, it will indeed be huge.
Good for the X1 and Microsoft.
Sony did not dominate anything. Neither did Microsoft. They both had their highs and lows. Any article that says one dominated the other must have watched something else. The only winners their are here are us, the gamer..nothing more to say.
Sorry, but I stopped at XBone. From an outlet like IGN I expect better professionalism/journalism.
Kinda sounds like a Mario Party game with a storyline. Interesting :D
The only people who misreported what was actually said were certain "media outlets." Then people running with the FUD they spread. That was those certain "media outlets" did...mission accomplished..now back in reality
Trufan, I got it and get it, the new SDK allows you to ignore the reserve for Kinect and utilize it somewhere else. The Kinect can still be used like it always does without affecting performance..ie the reserve for it being used in games..if the game developer doesnt use it, then they gain that %...so easy to understand...but I see on other sites they twisted the words to make it seem like people with Kinect were getting screwed and losing that performance gain. So its not a misunderstandin...
looking at the area behind the paperwork..looks more like a bed and bedspread...sooo what would this individual be doing with this in his bedroom? Looks like someone pulling a prank to me...but with only 3.5 days to go till E3...we shall see.
Great news, but, its been reported already http://n4g.com/news/1521984...

Now that sir is funny..friends of insiders LOL
I've noticed that the "negative" articles are approved within 5 mins of being submitted while some really good articles take forever and never make the "hot" topic level even with more comments...go figure

Never heard of this Indie Dev till just now.
I agree. The first one was just horrible. Complete waste of money. Multiplayer was a complete mess, bad collision detection and leaves going through solid objects to name a few. Lets hope Crytec solves those issues and makes this a great game.
though i dont agree with his opinion, it is after all just his opinion.
He gave an opinion..though not popular...and the rest of the world for the most part didnt care either way.
I thought that Homefront multiplayer was the absolute worst. It seemed super rushed out in terms of multiplayer. Single player was..well...i didnt know I finished the game till the credits rolled....hopefully they fix the glitchy issues that plagued the first one..else its a pass from me.
Not only that, but this was running on high end PC with Titans. I'd say quite impressive and if they can do this with real world Internet, its gonna be big!.
