already possibly?? its either yes or no and a command set features are not a full DX12 game. I'd like to see it again afterwards with a FULL DX12 game to see where the performance improvements are gained. Its just something interesting to me to see the benefits of where those improvements will be gained.
No, I dont feel that way. I feel its more of so called journalists and "fanboys" are the ones that take things and cherry pick them out of context and run with it. What Microsoft has done with the XBox one since Phil Spencer took over is nothing short of phenomenal. Its now a good system and I am happy to have it.
SO were they or were they not using DX12 in the benchmark? I'm curious because there have not been any benchmarks using DX12 as of yet for FULL DX 12 games on lower end cards which is what it suppose to boost or at least make it so the things it does good much better and efficient.
Before I get its not going to improve graphics..yeah, I know, I want to know the performance gains using DX12 on lesser systems with acutal games built for DX12...which is what it is suppose t...
I am looking forward to trying these VR headsets out in store.
Whats really scary is I still have all of those games..I remember drooling over the graphics on the screen and having my friends over and we would play for hours and hours.
Ah..no..end of story.
Wow..it was a survey was it not? Overreaction from trolls. MS also said they are NOT actively pursusing it at this time.
Click bait title. Article is good, but I could have done with a better title.
Then I guess you missed the entire write up on how the store will be an open ecosystem....allowing what you listed....and I still don't care what store I buy from.
This PC gamer doesn't care if he purchases it on the MS Store, Steam or origin.
Please show everyone here how badly Rise of the Tomb Raider sold.
oh give it a rest already.
I really don't think its a breach of ethics. Personally, I think its more of a why does MS get an advert by IGN kinda thing. Either way, I don't really care what sites do for their revenue when it comes down to it. IGN is being paid to advertise(allegedly) and they made a commercial. If it really bothers you, you all have the ability to click the close button and pay it no more attention.
Personally, I think that digital games should be cheaper. 20% would be the sweet spot.
All the bundles are 500 not 400 here in the states.
because I am interested in it, but like I have said many times before, I want to try it before I buy it. I am sure that GS and many other retailers will have Kiosks set up. If its not for me then I will just sell it..simple..btw Im not going to scalp it, just want what I paid for it.
I got the two move controllers and the camera last week before the rush and now I am going to return them since they are in this bundle
I was refreshing for that 2 minutes and got one. I'm hoping to try it first in a Kiosk before I make my final decision. If its not for me then I will just keep the preorder and put it for sale on craigs list for what I paid for it.
Though a decent explanation and i appreciate someone taking the time to explain it somewhat, it will still be called 720p regardless by those who wish the game to fail, dont own an X1 and just generally like to hate on MS which is a shame. I'm happy to play the games companies make regardless of what console its on. This game is going to rock my console and my rig, but not a 4k as my rig wont even be playable at that resolution. Maybe 1440 at 40-60fps, I wont know until I actually tweak ...
Remedy has released a statement explaining resolution and image quality on Quantum Break. It verifies our initial hypothesis on how the game produces its presentation - a 720p base resolution with temporal reconstruction - but adds new detail, such as the addition of high quality multi-sampling anti-aliasing to the mix:
"Quantum Break's 1080p output is a temporal reconstruction from four previous 720p 4x MSAA frames. This approach gets us high pixel quality in combin...

SO I read it and still nothing new. Just opinions on what they want. MS said it will be open, no one knows what they have planned until after the conference. Guess we all still have to wait. I hope most of the concerns are met and rectified.
