I remember reading this and it was dismissed by some people over a neogaf. But some were indeed shocked. Unfortunately for most of the free world this is how we get our stuff. Having it assembled overseas in poor working conditions...Nike..Reebok, Samsung, MS, Sony Apple etc are all guilty of this.

I read the article, I can tell the individual was just writing a story and has no idea what they were really writing about. As for backwards compatibility, as we move into new types of architecture, its not feasible to make everything backwards compatible. Its like trying to use Ford parts on Pontiac.
Any reviews on Amazon without it being a verified purchase are completely worthless. I have not opened mine as of yet. I am going to wait until later today to make sure there are no issues. Where was the link again to download the OFFICIAL update to a USB drive? Could someone post it please?
