You can't really think that the NFL would get more money from an exclusive deal than get they would from multiple companies. Maybe the NFL tried to strong arm Take Two but you can't tell me that the NFL couldn't get more money from two or more companies.
EA's sales on Madden have been declining each year. But EA was smart because they got the exclusive right before the PS3 and 360 came out. I'd still be playing NFL2K if there was a next gen version of it.
I just don't understand how Madden has gotten dumber over the years. Loaded was one of the first games in my PS1 (Gameday, Ridge Racer, Tekken, and that atrocity of a game Battle Arena Toshinden got there first). PS line up sucked and games like Loaded and Twisted Metal got me over until RE1 came out. It was like Smash TV, not in a box, and no quarter. What could be better.

I get Madden every year in hopes that it will be up to par with what it should be and I always come away disappointed and revert back to Madden 07 on the PS2. I started my boycott last year. I have a friend that works at EA and I got to play 09. I don't understand why they can't get down the little things would make the game at least playable. No one wants to play a game they can't finish. If it doesn't work, don't include it.
