who needs bluetooth? not everybody, my xbox 360 controllers are nice and wire free.
Who needs a web browser? people without a pc, oh wait , everyone here has one. the ps3 web browser is not good.
hard drive? im pretty sure most of them have one, apart from people who do not require memory, i.e they pay less.

i have both, ps3 has nothing special, dont buy one. or mabye if you like blu ray movies or a shiny console then sure go ahead.
imo even mass effect 1 is better and im only like 2 hours in.
you dont need a particularly good rig to run this on pc on high settings as im aware, he will be able to run it on high settings, trust me . well , as i said he's buying the 360 version, he's only got a few games on his pc. i cant even remember the names. He's got crysis which is alright, alot of low end games, , stalker or whatever. and half life.

360 is the obvious choice, surround sound, bravia, sofa (obvious choice) unless you like being 12cm away from your tiny screen.
