There are so few games where this has became an issue, and even then this is often down to the developers fault.

this only applies to games which shouldnt have multiplayer in the first place, i.e Rogue warrior (apparently)
games with a short single player campaign no longer justify the price alone. For real replayability you want a varied online experience rather than the same again and again in a camp...
