So they criticise a game that defines its own gameplay experience, for very little changes done to the gameplay when compared to the original and second game in the series, and give it an 8/10. Yet EDGE gave Modern Warfare 3 a 9/10 despite it being the same copy paste crap year after year with nothing really being defining or original about the Call of Duty series.

Clearly you don't understand the brilliance of core game design in one of Miyamotos game's, but If you truly can't see that this game is looking to be one of Miyamotos finest work then you shouldn't really even bother commenting on this game.

Halo figures i can understand being marketed towards kids because they can have a childish side to them with the futuristic/sci fi armour/vehicles, but Gears is just mature themed language & scenes every few seconds... not right seeing this stuff marketed to kids.
Great read that was, loved D.O.N on the PS2. I reckon it mimicked the Smash style pretty good with a bit of uniqueness for the win condition... something All Stars seemed to have taken influence from.
Exactly... professional reviewer sites obviously has people who review certain genres they are well-versed in, seriously P4G already improved on what was already a stellar RPG on the PS2 so really it doesn't really deserve this 8 score seeing as the reviewer isn't even a fan of the JRPG genre. Absolutely ridiculous, of course people still get a satisfying accomplishment feeling after overcoming one of the many fearsome difficult challenges in Dark Souls. Why the director thinks fans who call it a challenging game don't exactly thrive off/acknowledge that rewarding feeling the game embraces is beyond my imagination.

God damn are there some thick people on here... PS All Star Battle Royale is a complete rip off of the Smash Bros Series.
