I am split on this one. On one hand it is too expensive compared to the price drops of the PS2 to the PS2 slim model. Just because you change the container doesnt mean you jack up the price. Also that UMD drive had to cost more than the storage they are using now.
They also reduced the screen size.
Then you realize they added bluetooth and created that new case, but I still feel that the internal parts should be cheaper after 3-4 years.
All I want to know is if the PS3 version looks identical to the arcade version?
In fact does both the 360 and PS3 versions look identical to the arcade?
If the answer is no then we know what happened.
If the 360 version looks better than the arcade then we have a real winner.
If the PS3 version looks worse than the Arcade then we know what happened.
No way around those questions.

I'm sure Halo Reach will be good, but why was it announced so early? It should have been kept as a surprise game for E3 2010. Halo is epic it doesn't need the hype machine anymore.

Sony needs to pay for Final Fantasy 7 to be remade and be exclusive to PS3. That is all.
Why the F@%^ didn't he say it in the Sony meeting. It must have been a E3 exclusive announcement that M$ paid for. The sad thing is they tried to make such a big deal about it, but it is not an exclusive game. It is almost like saying "yeah we got Pacman biches".

Natal was a good demo also. I like the idea behind both of them.
Although M$ showed a lot of different things with Natal, The Eye Toy can already do most of that stuff. The Milo kid demo was cool too, but again if Sony wanted to they could add this functionality to EyePet.
Basically EyeToy + Motion Controller = Natal with more functionality because of buttons on the controller.
Milo = EyePet with more functionality.

The Natal and Milo demos were pretty cool. If Natal can do everything that they showed, Nintendo's Wii will look like a joke.
As far as the Milo demo, I thought it was pretty cool, like others said if the response starts repeating then whats the point? Disk Space might be a issue? The concept of the picture of the fish going into the game was heavily borrowed from Sony's EyePet project. However this looks much better than that. Only time will tell though.

The guy talking about Forza was a real douche though. He was the only one hyped about his product as he constantly reminded everyone that his game is the best racer in the world. I guess he can make that claim because there is no other racer out as of yet for his product to compete with. I have both and I'm sorry but the IPhone / IPod will never replace a DS or PSP no matter what the memory size is.
The Ipod touch is great for what it is a micro media center, but it is not a game system.
The IPod touch is too expensive too. If you buy the 8Gb its what? $199.00. At that price though you would be better off buying a PSP and a 8GB or 16GB memory stick simply because of the library of games available.

Gran Turismo has WRC, Nascar, F1, more cars, running at 60Fps / 1080P, and 16 cars on screen compared to 8. Not to mention GT TV, the connectivity to PS Home, and a larger installed user base.
Why deny it! As I stated before, the reason why they keep comparing their game to GT is because they realize which is the better game. The development team probably has a PS3 and GT in the office trying to figure out how they can meet the standard rather than just making their own game....
