The title for the article is rather misleading. In the end, this is not a news item, but pure speculation. Did I need this to tell me that BC should come back. Of course is should, but the way you titled the article here, it makes it look as you have some insight on BC coming back to the PS3, only to see an article tell us something that dozens of articles have already stated.
Not exactly sure how this got accepted as news on the site.
The biggest issue with this article, is that it is old news. Think about it. What was the last PC exclusive title that id Software released. Quake IV came out for the 360, Doom 3 came to the original Xbox. Even Quake Wars came to the 360. They may of had some timed exclusivity, but overall, nothing from id has been PC only for some time.
I guess you could say that the new WebQuake will be PC only, but then again, it is browser based, which means that systems like the PS3 a...
the PS3 80GB already have Backwards compatibility. It is not as compatible as the hardware compatible 20/60GB models, but it is about 70% compatible. Unfortunately, a couple of the games I want to play on a PS3 will not work on the PS3, ie. Yaukuza and Persona 3.
quartermann rumor that was kicking in EGM magazine already. If it comes to the PS3, so be it, but until somebody from 2K Games or Irrational comes out and says it is coming, it is the same speculation that has kicked around for months.

What aspects of MGS4 give it the qualification of deserving a good score? I am assuming that you have played it. It may deserve it, but until it is out, how do we actually know it is worth a 9 or 10?
DevonDude, someone else said it, but not only Rockstar, but Take 2 has embraced Steam big time, releasing Bioshock through Steam at midnight.
Also, I find myself using Keyboard/Mouse during the on foot sequences, while using my Logitech rumblepad gamepad for the driving sequences.
I have Assassins Creed on the PC and it does run silky smooth on the recommended as well as the required specs.
Yeah, the update does take a long time. I had to let it go for about 45 minutes. But it did finally update. You might be able to get the update directly from Sega's Website or Microsoft's website. Might be worth a look.
The game is a lot of fun even though I have just started playing. Hope to see you online. my gamertag is mclazyj if you are interested.
Another Universe at War fan. I need to get your gamertag so I can play some online. I have not seen any matches as of late online.
You are correct that a silver account is free and you will be allowed basic server browsing with that account. It will also allow you to get single player achievements.
But to get the true multiplayer experience (achievements, matchmaking, cross-platform play) you need a Gold account. You are mistaken to think that Cross-platform play is the only difference in the two accounts. If you look at the chart on this page, you will see the differences -
The site puts up an article for each platform individually. The authors post based on their platform of preference. None of these ever call out exclusive unless it is an exclusive. Just thought I would add some background for these articles. I would suggest BlackBoiJones that you go and check out the site and you will find one for PSP/PS3, Wii/DS, PC and Xbox 360.
That said, I will give you a pass based on your username. BlackBeltJones was a favorite movie of mine fr...
