Your image isn't for the Wii game 'de Blob,' it is from the game it was originally based on 'The Blob,' a student project game for the PC. A lot of people make this mistake, but they are 2 very different games.
Well, one man's "crap" is another man's addiction. The game's free for 14 days, you should try it out, see if you like it :)

Clearly it was approved because people liked it. Why should it matter who submitted it? Since it was approved without anyone knowing it was submitted, it would have gotten approved anyway, no matter who submitted it.
I hope this is true, I want Loco Roco 2 trophies!
