the only reason why BC could look better on 360 in terms of edge flickering is a TV with overscan in 720p but none in 1080p.
you have a FullHD, the 360 scales to 1080p and most FullHD on HDMI have no Overscan. but if you have a TV like the Sony XBR (X3500 and on in europe) you have no overscan in 720p so you have the same resolution but still no AA on both versi...
yes the ps3 needs an ingame xmb chatfeature. just look at some games that can handle it, so why not the entire PS3 system!?
on the other side, the PS3 chat (not ingame) is so weak - no wonder they can't integrate it into ingame XMB.
bad company and burnout paradise are better on PS3 but that's about it...

xenon much more capable? maybe on paper a little bit, yes. but think about AA and stuff on midrange PC's years ago. both of'em should handle these 720p with 2xAA without any problems. the problem that sony has are lazy ports because they were just too late with the PS3.
look at multiplattformers where the PS3 was lead - burnout paradise (cleary smoother on the PS3) or look at the latest port, battlefield...
they must have another version than me!? NGII is nowhere near any god of war title in my opinion but I agree on DMC...
just look at the latest games on PC and console like GRID, COD4 or whatever. the consoles look so outdated against a decent PC :-(
first year after a console launch is ok but then the PC is just so much more powerful than any console. yes there is pricetag but there are lots of ppl that dont care about money.
so for the real hardcore gamer a PC is just vital. the problem are pirated copies, nothing else.

wrong there is not a hint of dithering in the ps3 version. did you check the eurogamer pictures? just look at the shadows... and there is not mor e blur on the PS3 its just the lesser resolution.

its just better looking even if its technically inferior. as eurogamer says: its a paint looking 360 versus a movie-like PS3 version. I prefer the latter.
I do agree with eurogamer on most of the stuff but there conclusion about lighting is plain wrong. PS3 has FP16 HDR and the 360 has only FP10 HDR so there MUST be a difference and I see it every day since I bought both versions. there ...

but I'm not saying that the ps3 version has less problems than the 360. it has more freezes (aka loading problems - actually it doesn't freeze)
but the ps3 version in my eyes is just better looking thats all. again - matter of taste and not worth buying a new console because of it...
nope my friend it doesn't but the difference is not groundbreaking. matter of taste - I like the ps3 version more but I play online with the 360 because this is where my friends are playing.
there are a lot of ppl with freezes on the 360 too.
we have a closed board - no fanboys, no trolls - NOT A SINGLE PROBLEM with 2.40. its a shame that sites like kotaku are giving xbox fanboys a platform.
