i wouldnt consider spencer a clown but when it comes to the business side of xbox hes not up to par. he is not aggressive. let me give u an example: if i was him as soon as i found out that sf5 was playstation exclusive i wouldve flown to japan to sign a deal for an exclusive fighter like powerstone, darkstalkers etc.
what im trying to say is that for every action from the competition there should be a reaction and MS has failed in that regard.

They need to release a new raid, at least 4 new strikes, the story of the new expansion needs to be at least 8hrs long and the new exotics need to be well "exotic". the balance updates they are releasing are well enough but the story and the content here is key.
the division made a comeback because they listened to the fanbase and took their time to address the issues before releasing any new content which is the route they should take from now on.

u got people here wanting 4k 60fps and they dont even have a 1050ti lol. look the X is powerful and with the right dev it can be achieve but im more interested in 1080p 60fps with high detail textures than 4k.
