I will buy disc games mostly. And ive noticed that some that comment that they will be buying all digital for the x1/ps4 because of disc scratching issues don't have to worry. As ps3 owners can attest to, blu-ray discs don't scatch because of a resistant coating. Previous 360 only gamers will be pleasantly surprised by this rarely talked about "new" feature available to them.

The only gamers I know that are excited over a "new" cod game are my sons 9 gamer friends ages 11-13, myself and my gamer friends are greatly looking foward to KS:SF! Cod is fun for its demographic, but ill pass.
How is it cool to pay $60 for this? Re-textured maps etc...if Killzone were to do this, it would be ostracized to no end.
"Jack of all trades" i.e. master of none... as a "gear-head, I see it as someone putting all-season tires on a corvette, sports cars shine with street performance tires in the spring/summer and winter tires in the fall/winter. All seasons will work, but wont let the car SHINE! MS put all-seasons in the xbone and it deserves high performance! Seems like, so far, Sony has gone with the tires ferarri puts on the Italia, the Michelin Pilot Super Sports!

Retail sales associates and gaming journalists have absolutely no right to mis-lead and/or outright lie about games or system. IMHO. And when they do, when they are caught in their blatant deceptions, they should be held accountable! The company P.R. reps get a little leeway, but some are going beyond moral standards that are shocking recently! Really! Maybe they should of focused on making a game that doesn't look (early)last gen! Or trying to release on so many platforms that it sucks overall! 4hr campaign? Come on people! You reap what you sow.....

I personally know off-hand around 15-20 console gamers, with the majority of them owning 360's over ps3's. Features behind a "paywall" has to be a major factor in the vast majority of a consumers choice! I agree! Second is games and future games, then price point and console spec's... seems like Sony is firing on all cylinders some far!....
I understand Sony's reasoning for wanting to launch the ps4 on par with the xbone, but I don't need a new console. The ps3 is shining right now. For financial reasons, I understand. Another negative thing to come out of this gen, imho.
