The ps3 had a price cut and it needed it terribly because it costed 600$ and it was slouching behind the wii and 360.
Sony dropped the price to 400$ and now it is selling well.

Ill give you the pros and cons for those who didnt get it early or for the ps3 users who dont have it yet:
Pros:
-Excellent Graphics
-Executions are so awesome (Pressing x after an enemy is stunned lets you punch them and they go flying)
-Co-op play improves everything
-Finding a co-op partner online takes AT MOST 10 seconds
-Improved weaponry
-Badass bosses.
Cons:
-In-game equipment selection can...

This game is getting the attention it deserves. I know I'm going to be thumbed down for this (and I shouldnt because its my own opinion) but i think it might be close to my GOTY. This game is AMAZING!
You dont have a goddamn wii and its really sad for you to try and cover that up. You wouldnt call if a gamecube 1.5 when there are so many online features, Virtual Console games, Wiiware games, motion controls, and a robust menu.
Everyone who owns a wii likes it. Maybe not as much as a 360 or ps3. But they like it. If they dont like it then they obviously arent buying the GOOD games from the system, not the CRAPPY shovelware titles like Carnival Games or Horsez.
Much worse than that IMO... The online is pretty damn bad, there are tons of glitches and the framerate sucks. Id rented it and it wasnt even worth it...
