in my opinion we don't really need this "journalism". with demos and our peers word of mouth we have plenty of information to make judgment on a game.
developer blogs, death of print and internet access almost everywhere has transformed the way we view information. we don't need our hands held through an article anymore, we can go straight to the source and make our own conclusions.
GT5 is the flavor of the month, in two weeks it might be hard to find a GT5 article.
the first post was clueless, that's why he got disagrees.
why hamper your current systems sales by announcing another console? people will hold off on buying a 360 and wait for the next xbox. that isn't a very sound business practice.
like i said about a year ago, i expect MS to announce a new xbox at E3'2011.
"that will screw kinect users over"
not true at all, if MS does release a new console it can market the current xbox as a casual device with a casual price. how does it screw them over?
nope MS fuks over everyone but the UK/US.
im just glad they didn't raise xbl prices $10 here. its still the same price it has always been.
lol is the ps3 your first console?
how about a reward program for longtime users of the service. the big 4 next to my gamertag is kinda pointless.
i guess you don't see what they're trying to do. he places the car in the racing line to see what the AI will do in that situation. the only reason he's facing the wrong way was to show the incoming cars.
"then again thats x360 gamers mentality. they need to get a damn job and go to school to understand what a good investment is and good choices are."
lol way to generalize us who have 360's. maybe if you got off sony's cock for once you would see there are great games everywhere. and congrats on showing us your a douchebag. maybe you should get a (half decent job) so you can afford the best of both worlds like many others on this site.
lol you want an award for buying a product?
lol i knew black-ops would outsell gt5, shit has changed.
thor is right, multiplayer is a huge part of gaming these days, its not the ps2 generation anymore.
it seems as this generation moves forward japanese developers are being left in the dust when it comes to their online component in games.
that was cruel, i clicked the link expecting that pic...
what is this article even about anyway?
maybe he means this
so you get stuck in a perpetual loop of buying PSN+ even if you don't want the service that month. just to retain the free games/dlc that attracted you to the service in the first place.
and some of us didn't know this, thanks for the heads up Eurogamer.
instead of arguing like fanboys lets list the games we own on that list
FFXIII - i got to chapter 11
Heavy Rain - still unopened, impulse buy at $40
some people like consistency within their games. with only 200/1000 of the cars are premium quality i can see their gripe with it.
truth is lots of us can play it because we own both systems. these reviews help us decide if its worth the $60 now or $20 6months from now. and you know what i'll be happy with forza3 till that happens, its not like the game is shit like a lot of people here try to spew here.
i always see this on n4g, mostly in the comment section. sells and sales get mixed up and i have no clue how it happens.
edit:its not the translation, i have seen countless posts with "sells". just ignorance i guess
