Introduce some new ordinary characters. It can't be survival horror if everyone is a well trained professional that literally know what it's like to fight Bio weapons and zombies. Introduce a firefighter, a kid, etc that don't know what it's like to be in such a horrific situation. Playing with the characters we're all familiar with won't help. They're no longer afraid. Plus I'm tired of seeing Leon, Chris, etc.
