If they had someone that is actually a gamer, and know what gamers want, running the brand, and allowed creative freedom, and increase the talent, the Xbox first party wouldn't be such an Arizona drought.

I don't even think they can do anything. All they been doing, is damage control. Shady Apple would probably do a better job, at running the brand. And everyone know how extremely shady Apple been, since Steve Jobs died.
They have bring back those old favorites like Banjo, Conker, Battletoads, etc. And they need produce more brand new games. Allow 343, Black Tusk, and Turn 10 to make new experiences. I'm pretty sure they have the talent to do it. Plus, they should invest in more studios to build their first party tree, and ALLOW CREATIVE FREEDOM. Bring back the OG Xbox days, and expand on it.
I'm actually a concerned person, that like the Xbox brand. Those studios, that makes those three games mentioned, I think they're capable of making more than the games they've been designated to. It's just that MS barely take risks. And the canceling of games, and closing of studios concern me a lot. Plus, look at how a lot of people are skipping Xbox. It's not just Japanese developers, indies been skipping Xbox as well.
They better announce new material, stop relying on the same three games, and stop leaving their fans in a damn first party drought. Funny how the original Xbox, and the 360 had great games. This generation, they could have made several new games, and brought back old favorites like Conker, Banjo, Blood wake, etc. Instead, they canceled games, closed studios, and damage control.
