Really? Kinect Sports 2 and Dance Central 2 are hitting this October and others are hitting in September and November.
It doesn't matter whether you care for the games or not. It's a list showing the 'Exclusives' of the year on the system. Leaving them out isn't correct and paints a biased view.
Where is: Otomedius Excellent, Dance Central 2, Kinect Sports 2, Kinect Disneyland, PowerUp Heroes, and Sesame Street: Once Upon a Monster? That's just a small helping of games releasing this year on 360 exclusively that are not mentioned.
It may not sway the outcome, but at least include the games instead of leaving them out of the exclusive listing.

One could make the argument Monster Hunter in Japan is what Call of Duty is in America.
Okay, Mega Man 3 wasn't going to happen because Capcom never had intentions of letting it release. Assassin's Creed isn't cancelled as the concept for the 3DS game became Revelations. DJ Hero 3D got cancelled because Activision killed the entire franchise. Saints Row was an XBLA port and never got off the ground, while My Garden was mostly a tech-demo and lacked substance.
So, no, they aren't signs of a failing system.
They confirmed at E3 that Wii U won't play GCN games.
At E3 it was only revealed for North America.
MGS2 and MGS3 will be at 60FPS, too.

Why not get it on the PSP then? You can DL it over PSN and play it on that.
It'll vary person to person. Some may feel that because the strongest weapons, characters, maps, missions, etc. are unlocked, it'll take away some challenge and push. Obviously, since the game challenges you to do better than the original high-score, then it may not matter for most but could cause some to be slightly discourages about not being able to unlock certain aspects.
Game is looking great. Ken Levine and the team at Irrational can really develop believable worlds and character personalities.
