heh okay. That pov sure is non ip-holding modder-serving and not thought out past a dry idea. No, it’s not. It’s A huge step up in security and IP protection/enforcement. It’s a step back for modders, NOT the industry. Geez wtf?

Deservers every bit of it. Piss-poor cash grab.

“Atari” is like the guy that wears band shirts for inclusive fashion only, and has no idea who any of the bands are or what they perform. The new tenant does nothing Atari.

Lol I can’t believe that Voice actors are the new source / focus for gaming new articles. Wtf? Please cut this cringy shi7?

756d ago 1 agree5 disagreeView comment

Oof! yeah, Ride was a huge fumble they tried to market twice.
Haven Fall of the King was dog-shi7-tastic and should be a runner up to some of those.
I'd even nominate Legend of Kay. Heh Haze... there is no excuse for that one (just pretend Haze did not happen).

Not missing a crooked smile. Litterally every review shot used for the game is the same dumb look (like he just got caught chugging a pabst and is trying to play it off with gaslightish boyish charm). You know some dude in a defora is swooning over this shi7 like it's going to make a comback.

This is a bygone era. Indy belongs in a Lucas Arts.

Huh? Wtf you talking about theloadout? KZ1 was never a Halo killer and it was never even aiming in that direction. Let me guess, it was before your time and you are just pulling history out your butt again.

The Location sounds interesting, but it does not belong in Fallout Lore. It's not about the UK and never was. Thanks, Me-too fan-hard-modders, but no thanks.

‘Developer’ is nothing more than a marketing term to perk ears. So fing lame. Clearly no one is talking about the devs, just the ”free” games made by them.

That much for a haf-baked indy game that used a doof creator-kit and a build-a-bear-workshop-esque cart publishing service? Who else likes paying that much for a ported mobile game from nobody studios on a dead format?

Clickbait? lol Erm. No. If you could not figure out that the most requested feature has been game plus, (because IT IS and has been). Then, that’s on you. A teaser tag for a common issue is not clickbait, you are just out of the loop there slick.

"China just killed their gaming industry." No. They muffled and put a stranglehold on it. And no, it is NOT good.
I seem to recall some big industry leaders that were taking liberties and huge commerce shi7s in that country just before this all came shaking down (western corporate slime, to be more specific). I think many people see the river but don't understand the source.

Marketing spew and membership access had nothing to do with that most played bit eh? I mean, Media cannot seem to shut up about it, but it certainly is cast into mediocrity by current standards on most accounts. Talk soup might be a popular menu item, but it does not digest well.

The game is totally a rush-to-market with some discount bling topping. It is quite worthy of a pass at free.

I love how "epic" now means little more than gimmick marketing.

Do uh what’s up with Kotaku being so out of the mix like someone’s grandparent?

773d ago 3 agree1 disagreeView comment

Disappointment and lessons on how to grind in-game and in-industry.
What exactly should be be excited about to see from a company that does only one thing and keeps falling flat on their face?

Let's get real, all the relevant talent have since vacated Bungie. There is new blood, but it is directionless and or muzzled.

It goes from Business Ethics to Epstein levels. Kotick is that guy that goes aboard not just to f people over, but to sample the locals as well. His vice of prostitutes is well known. He is a Ron Jeremy of gaming kinda ick.

Funny what $$$ will make you do.

774d ago 4 agree2 disagreeView comment

Absolutely not. The in-person show became a spectacle directed at people it was not intended for. This is why it died. For those relevant, other events had already taken it's place. E3 became a money sucking consumer game-media and fan pacifier. Yuck and Nopes. GDCs and CES is the way now.

Cost-cutting methods of Hollywood? Holy hell, where did you pull that rabbit out of?
