This is nothing like what MS tried to do.
1. This is OPTIONAL unlike the 24 hour check in crap MS tried to pull.
2. Of course you have to be online in order to stream those games. Can you stream Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, or any other streaming service without an internet connection?
I hope it works exactly like Netflix. $8/month for unlimited access of the entire catalog.
Can't be excited until I know the price and exactly how it's going to work. If it is like Netflix where you pay a monthly fee and have unlimited access to the entire catalog of games then I'm sold.
Give me a great price and a great catalog of games and you shall have my money.
I doubt it because people will still buy and trade in physical copies but we will see.

I wouldn't use the service to play games I already own. I have my PS3 for that. I would use it to play games that I don't own.
Doesn't matter to me since the only reason I would be using the service would be to play games that I don't have, not games that I do have.
Of course there is a reason to buy new games. I always buy new games that I really want to play because I don't want to wait. There's also no gaurantee that a particular game you want to play will even show up on PS Plus.
Most likely it has been moved to PS4. It's been years since we heard anything new about this game.
