Asking Nintendo about technology is like asking a squirrel to do math.
Is really impressive what their engine can do, they definitely taking cues from Start Citizen or No Mans Sky but it shows also that they probably not even started the main plot of Beyond Good and Evil 2, so the end game could be anything and who knows in how many years it could even be released, this demonstration also feels like a Kickstarter project. :S
