The game is great but it is not for people who love Arcade Racers. In my opinion GT5 has the most realistic driving experience followed by Forza 3.
If you have the space just install the whole thing for the best experience

Those numbers are old. Plus Microsoft clearly state that they reports sold to retailers. And Sony said that they report sold to consumers. So at this point in time i can guarantee you that both numbers are higher. Now what i cant tell you (and no one can at this point dont use VG numbers cause they only estimate) is how many were sold to consumers

They did do a crap job with the PS3 version cause they didnt want to spend the money to bring it up to par with the 360 one. I mean if they really wanted to they could have made both versions the same. But sadly that is not the case. Activision are developers whose focus is to produce a game that sells a ton but is cheap to produce on a yearly basis.
That didnt stop the Spanish from buying it though. Maybe they dont really care about the reviews and what really matters to them is the fun they will have with the game. I think that is the most important part.

Are you saying that it is Microsofts doing that the reviews for GT5 were not up to expectations? I mean does Microsoft really go this low to prevent the PS3 from over taking the XBOX? Sounds a bit crazy too me though

It is sad that they knock down the score of the game because of the damage model and Premium vs Standard car affair. But what really irks me is that they bash it for being 2 realistic. What i mean by that is that this game doesnt play like an arcade sim. If there is one think that PD will never do is make an arcade sim game
Well more ppl will still buy it than Forza 3. I blame the 360 owners for not buying Forza 3. Cause i mean if forza 3 is such a great game they should have at least sold over 5 million copies. Pretty sad that 360 owners dont want to support quality titles such as Alan Wake and Forza 3 seems all they care about is 3 shooters.
