Nintendo is able to charge a lot because of the sucess their other hand helds had in the past. In the end its the gamers fault for buying so many 3DSs but that is how buisness works. Apple does the same with the Ipod

while kinect seems great for the casuals and all the best core exclusives seem to be on Sonys and Nintendos console.

I am just happy that they did a great job on the PS3 version and from what i saw it looks exactly the same and runs just as well as the 360 version

Installs are not really a big deal unless they take up 10 GBs or more of space. Thank god for my 320GB SLIM PS3
Microsoft is pushing kinect a lot cause they want to experience the same sucess that nintendo has with the Wii. Unfortunately that means a ton of games designed towards casuals. But hey you make more money with a larger market (casuals) than a smaller one (core gamers)so if your a casual you will love kinect.
Almost all those multiplats will be available on the PS3. And judging from recent trends the multiplats should be nearly identical between the 2 consoles so in the end all that matters is which controller you like the best
i dont believe that kinect has sold as much as VG wants us to believe. But i wont deny that it sold a lot though which is great for the casuals it means there will be a ton of exclusive games on the 360 for the casuals. Which is great news to stockholders
So in the end they are doing the same thing with the cutscenes as in uncharted 2.

i just love the deadspace series it is a lot better than resident evil. They screwed the last resident evil up with coop.
