#13 - The RSX in PS3 does not have only 256Mb it can use the other pool of Ram which is 256Mb also,so thats 512mb in total.
Its still in development for PS3,delayed till 2007.
While the PPE in cell is Dual threaded,each SPE is dual issue and there are 7 SPE's.
This game looks awesome.
