the "cell" is stripped down from many functions that a general processing processor has (to keep it cheap), so I hate to burst your bubble but no it's not. Yeah you are right they made it run on CPU at 4.6 frames per second - which is perfectly acceptable if you only own a PS 3.

MS is going to pull one two punch - they will drop the price of 360 in the North America just before the release of GTA4 and then advertise the hell out of GTA and cheaper 360 at the same time. BRILLIANT !!
