err..pretty subjective statement. Guess what percentage of media outlets will NOT have an interest in what they are up to.Only Gold members of Club Ninty can see what Treehouse has to share live? The Nokia theater will be a closed event? Members only at the Best Buy Wii U kiosks? Nintendo is certainly not ignoring the Electronic Entertainment Expo, they are DEFINING IT.

Absolutely, the local play is great with the pad. No eyeballing your friends screen for a location, Ha! And runs fantastic on it as well :)
I take me Wii U on road trips..
I really enjoy Revelations in 3D, (I know it's not for everyone). 3D is not waning considering home theater and our Cineplex. No sooner than I would suggest VR will be a fad, this type of immersion seems to be in demand. With the heavy investment into this tech by Sony, Facebook, James Cameron? No dought 3 dimensional imaging will be incorporated as well..
But so many games BattleN!

I would say Wii U has a very respectable attach rate for the install base and it is still growing. With a blur of video game consoles coming out, (80's crash anyone?), what makes a machine stand out? If an expanding market means copy and pasting the same machine across several companies, I will choose Ninty every time..
Look at Nintendo's software sales through that Wii U install base you just mentioned..
Beats a 60 minute slot on a stage..by quite a margin :)
