Traditional is often chastised "the same old". Giant robot was hardly a finished game pcz. It's a shame that what fleshes out a console is getting washed away with low end PC clones, subscription models, and centralized servers where the games/tv are streamed onto any device..what will a video game console be in a decade? Probably a niche machine that offers a completely different experience..
I thought being able to control individual limbs on those mechs was quite cool..it is growing/testing game mechanics. Those who took these too literally and balked at the graphics, well... I really do appreciate the insight Nintendo gives us into their work:)
I can't fathom how this game will look after another year of development.. Kudos to Nintendo for not pulling the trigger until a game is right for them..
