MS hasnt focused on games? Its had the best game lineup this year IMO. And I wouldnt consider it irrelevant these days. Until I can play tv through my ps4, snap my tv while gaming, snap netflix, or use plex, xbox will be my go to console.
Ps4 gave 2 free games also so xbox was $70 cheaper. Thats still less of a difference than ps4 had on xbox for more than half of the first year. I guess we'll start contributing all ps4s sales to being $100 cheaper, thanks for clearing that up for us

The timings working out pretty perfect for them. They got the day one purchases, then some purchases from people that didnt want to wait for the free version, then they released weather and probably got a influx of purchases, then xmas sales, then release the free version mid january or so and get another wave of purchases

Everyones saying MS didnt show anything because of a lack of games. You ever think sony held the conference because of their lack of games right now? Their big exclusives over the past few months have been DC which was a disappointment and LBP which is a pretty niche title. Maybe they did the event to take the focus off that and onto next year, and it seems as if it worked.

Theres already plenty of announced titles for next year and I guarantee there will be plenty more.
MS has released a few great exclusives the past few months, they dont need a conference or game announcements right now. If they are gonna do one itd be much smarter to do it around the time of the big ps4 releases early next year.(bloodborne and the order).

Its sad you get disagrees on a statement like this, it really shows what the gaming communities like these days. A little extra resolution is more important than fps to a lot of people. Fps plays a role in the actual gameplay of the game but theyd rather have it a little prettier
Yeah its not like people wanted to do them or thought it was fun, it was the only way to get gear that didnt feel like a complete waste of time.
I like how he justifies the repetitive missions by saying people liked the loot cave so they like repetitive things. I think the loot cave only shows how poorly designed the game and loot system is. The fact that people would rather spend hours shooting into a black hole rather than playing the game speaks volumes.
