From what ive seen if all the comments on here are anything to go by, people want a return to the RPG elements.
retro games just seemed alot more inventive and didnt seem to be bound by the contraints of trying to appeal to a particular market to a degree i.e Casual gamers.

Seems alot of them out there like it as another avenue for attention, Alot of them suffer from GOTI (Girl Of The Internet) Syndrome. They realise its a male dominated environment and realise they can get attention quite easily because it seems alot of males online that ive heard in a lobby with a girl act like theyve never spoken to one in their lives.....

Thing that interests me about these Devs is they always talk about "listening to the fans" and I for one would like to know just who these particular fans are because 8/10 when a dev says that they havent seemed to listen to anybody at all...let alone the "fans"

Gears offers so much more content wise but uncharteds single player is of a higher quality but when it comes to multiplayer it has to go to Gears of War because Uncharted just cant seem to capture that intensity Gears has in the online arena and plus uncharted doesnt have much depth in its nultiplayer, those cinematic sequences will become samey and are a gimmick in the opinion of sombody who has been gaming 16+ years.
Disagree with the list, Dont know what exactly qualifies as a "modern game" in their eyes but to see Bad Company 2 on the list and not BF2 is just a crime.

People saying GOTY about this vid? sorry just no, I would never buy Uncharted for the MP its a SP story based experience.
The MP just looks like a shallow experience, yeah sure first time round all those big set pieces will be great but after seeing them over again they will get tedious.
As for the single player it is a linear story based game because it has to be so after about 3 replays it will get boring.
