We all know that 360 had/has reliability issues, but whats the point of doing a survey that is not a large random sample and then report the data as if it means anything relevant.
Well Reach is before the elites have their change of hearts and "leave" the covenant so we should be killing them like back in Halo 1.
As long as the game takes place only on the Planet of Reach and maybe inside a ship or two then the flood should not show up.
We might still see brutes but I think we'll see mostly Elites
