Idiots keep saying it'll make 1080P/60 FPS possible without a problem, as if PS4 can't already utilize this. It all depends on how demanding the developers makes the game. The PS4 neo could release with a GTX titan X (Of course it wont come close) but as long as developers push and stress the GPU, it wont attain or would struggle with 1080P/60 fps. I guess only PC gamers are intelligent enough in this department.
