Fighting games are a genre that has evolved well over time, IMO. Especially when you compare the fighting genre to other genres.
Sony has great ads, just not enough of them and the timing sucks.
Like the news, people gravitate to negativity (don't blame N4G). It's unfortunate, but true. No one wants to hear about a 12 year old making technological break-throughs, they care about who's f++king who, who has what and who's a drug addict.
The Wii was suppose to fail aswell.

The Wii did nothing this holiday compared to other years.
I don't know about KEEP succeeding, the Wii has fizzled out. But they definitely succeeded this gen as a whole.
Makes sense. None of the Nintendo characters asides from Link would benefit for becoming realistic.
Open world games when done right are the best SP games out there. A open world Silent Hill has potential IMO.
I think the PS4 and the PSV will interect w/ each other, the way they wanted the PSP and PS3 to interact. Which could help both if the PS4 is priced right..like the PSV.

WTF are you talking about? GTAV will be out in about 6-8 months on the PS3 and 360. I'm interested to see what happens w/ this game being on the 360. Sam Houser was adament that GTAIV barely made it on the 360 because of the storage medium.
Edit: like grubblegrunger said the 360 will probably/should be a full install.
