This is not Ubisoft man, the whole point of going Next gen for this game is graphical and detail improvement so I don't see why R* would do that
Maybe mix that bird simulator thingy with a giant fan in front of it and make a skydiving game like this with support for oculus.

Honestly, what did you expect from these people, they worked on Call of Duty (Infinity Ward) so they pretty much mastered the art of scamming people and milking as much money from a game.I was never really hyped for this game.
