Considering the processor in the ps4 is equivilant to an amd sempron 145 and the GPU a 7790 this is not bad but it looks like the cpu is bottlenecking it

These consoles have been far far over hyped. Too many people that no absolutely nothing about how to even interpret specs are spreading alot of misinformation. The ps4 GPU equivalent is about a 7790 andits cpu is there with an amd sempron in terms of power

Honestly this whole teraflops comparison is a load of bullshit. Teraflops measures compute performance not graphical power. For example a radeon 7979 has about 1000 more gigaflops than a gtx 680 yet a gtx 680 beats it in most benchmarks
If by comparable to amd apu you mean losing by a lot then yes

No I have never had trouble with upgrading hardware I got a 9800gt when it first game out it runs bf3 on high to this day
