I hear wat your saying sinncross but the problem is Shenmue II was left with a cliffhanger ending that many like me have played over & over now for 7 years so we want a conclusion. Shenmue is a game that you either love or hate, i love it there simply nothing else like it even Yakuza just doesnt match up.

We dont need to hear the opinions on stuff when they dont give all the facts i.e. saying the 360 controller is great and Sony`s sux is totall rubbish. My opinion on it is that i own both and find them equally good only thing i do have problems with is the 360`s D-pad but thats it.

Your right i havent played it but i know from the Shenmuedojo members that the game is very much like Shenmue, that clip is first i have seen of it. I did however say that it did look good but i am extremely pissed off with SEGA because they never finished the Shenmue story so i will be pessimistic about anything SEGA does from now on. If you enjoy Yakuza then thats great for you, i however dont want nothing to do with SEGA until i see Shenmue 3
From the same ppl who made Shenmue ????? normally wannabe`s are made from different companies like Saints Row or Burnout Paradise wanting to be GTA, oh well thats SEGA for you.
Looks good but untill i get Shenmue 3 i wont be buying any SEGA games.
Dont worry i am sure they will do Mr Mcrae proud, this game will probarly have all the bells & whistles on it after all it is gonna be dedicated to him.
I loved Dirt & still play it now and then, when Colin Mcrae died i was utterly shocked & thought it would be codies last rally game.

Yet another short sighted article about the state of the console wars.
For someone to actually write that the Wii has "gameplay in spades" has definitely got a screw lose, you need games first to then have gameplay.
All in all we shall see, as far as i see it the cards are still being placed on the table & the real fight is yet to begin. All these so called article writers can write wat they like but only time will really tell.
Its still 4 months away, i simply cannot wait. This game is surely gonna be a monster hit on both platforms :P

I agree Shenmue is a great looking game considering its now around 8 years old but if you have a fairly powerful PC you should get NullDC and play Shenmue on your PC @ 1080p, get ready to fall out of your seat :)
As for Uncharted i agree aswell still one the best looking games to date, thats wat you get when talented devs utilise the Cell chip and Blu-Ray properly. Hopefully this time next year we will have Uncharted 2 and it surpasses itself just hope they tweak the gameplay a...

All movies made from a game are crap & vice versa. Its just a law written before video games were invented, that law is no where & everywhere.
Even the mighty Squaresoft fell on there swords making a movie from a game.
For some unknown reason it just doesnt gel & with Uwe Bol around crap movies are sure to keep on being churned out.

I was hoping they would do something about the respawning guard posts that about 90% of gamers inc. myself were complaining about.
This patch is just minor bug fixes, better than nothing i suppose but Far Cry 2 will remain on the shelf unplayed and collecting dust till i get that respawn tweaked or i might just flock it.
It`s still too expensive to burn a Blu-Ray, not mention if you wanted to pirate say MGS4 your looking at an almost 50gig download.
Firmware updates would prob prevent any hacking aswell but you never know time wil tell but i think its unlikely thats its gonna happen to the PS3 maybe in the latter stage of its life.
Now i gotta get it for sure, i had hoped for a proper crash mode or maybe the option to have chevrons save me constantly pausing the game so i can see where the hell i gotta go. Party mode beats all that.
