The Sega Dreamcast, hands down! one of the best systems of all time. It was ahead of its time in many aspects (first out of box internet) and had very good graphics and gameplay...however fell victim to pirates :(
here’s the issue, 4K required HCDP 2.2 to work, i don’t believe that xbox one or PS4 that the capability as HCDP 2.2 was made the standard AFTER the release of XB1 and PS4.However it may be able to get 4K @ 30 using its current standard (HCDP 2.2 + HDMI 2.0 would allow 4K @ 60).
