Its a new IP - it will do well but won't outsell GTA. I have friends in their mid forties that dont consider themselves gamers but have an xbox and buy gta when it comes out. GTA appeals to a wider audience.

I live in Hungary now, what the stores ten dto offer a pre-order bonuses are T-shirts or posters - with last of us I got a Last of Us sticker for my PS4. Those are the kind of pre-order bonuses I like, not actual game content.
well, I dont believe that reviews for games where the online componenet is a significant part of the experience can be relied on.(eg. Battlefield 4 perofrmance issues) A lot of the major games media (IGN for example)will only be releasing reviews after launch for that reason.
Im done with Halo, played them all numerous times. I can't get excited about Halo anymore.

Please read the article, he is not bashing the PS4 before commenting. I moved from X360 to ps4 and have to say Last of Us and Infamous Second Son are AWESOME !!!!! Don't regret my decision. I agree with the article Xbone was more innovative in terms of what it was trying to do but Sony focussed on expanding the gaming experience one was already acustomed to.

Yes, it is. Especially since the game describes the original game content as bonus material . I bought this on the xbox 360 but still went ahead and payed full price for the ps4 version. Cause I really want to play more diablo without having to pull out my x360 every time . Subtle improvements, not convinced full price is warranted.
Love Rogue Legacy, want to get a vita next year just for it. Don't Starve is great but it needs difficulty settings on the ps4, cant make it past day 15, gave up at some point and never went back.Downloaded road not taken but havent had a chance to try it out yet.
i loved watchdogs, I thought it was a solid game. The bar has been raised so high plus the Hype Machine tends to create unrealistic expectations. I fear that No Man Sky may become a victim of this hype

liked Dead Island but had many issues; riptide didnt make any improvements over the original Dead Island - so will wait and see. Definitely not a pre-order but will give them the benefit of the doubt.
I understand why publishers would want closed Betas. evidently it is unclear to many what the purpose of a beta is.
I played the beta and loved it, didn't need any more convincing, based on that alone they got my preorder
