Playstation only owners are already yelling and screaming that Star Wars BattleFront is on the XB1 early due to EAAccess so clearly there is a large demand for EAs service.
I have downloaded several games for free which would have cost me over $300 So clearly there is great value.
Now I can't wait for the nexMass Effect trilogy where EAAccess users will get to play early and buy at a 10% discount.

DX12 is now a "secret sauce"?
Not much of a secret when plenty of info is on the internet showing DX12 will help utilize all cores.
PS4 will also have its own API that will do it as well however we dont know how far along Sony is with their own.

Game will be using DX12. I hope the Xbox One versions utilizes the DX12 features without being hampered by the PS4.
Are we still using the #NoParity or did that stop once everyone realized Xbox One with DX12 will produce a better product on the Xbox One then on the PS4?

Yet DriveClub was missing mechanical damage and physical and mechanical customization. DriveClubs graphics are only slightly better then Forza Horizon 2's yet Forza Horizon 2 offers SO MUCH more in a racer then DriveClub.
DriveClub is really a poor mans racer charged as a full price racer.
Forza Horizon 2 is huge open world and everything in it looks fantastic. Only sacrifice was that it had to be 30 fps instead of 60.
Plenty of cars, good physics and the usual ton of customization physical and mechanical..just like the damage.

Sony only had AAA games at the beginning of this year (2 games where 1 is a 3rd party and the other is a disaster) is because they were delayed from last year and so rolled over into this year.
Sony has NOTHING AAA wise coming for the rest of the year while MS will have a slew of AAA coming in the 2nd half of the year.
Lets not forget, as you easily have, that late last year we had titles like Forza Horizon 2 and Sunset Overdrive that carried over into the 1s...
I agree. I just hope the PS4 version doesn't gimp the Xbox One version. I would like to avoid parity where there shouldn't be. They need to utilize the strengths and features both consoles have, and in Xbox One's case, DX12 + Win10 + Tiled Resources are important to push the gaming industry forward.

Halo 4 has the best story since Halo 1. Not sure where you are getting your info from as clearly you have yet to have played Halo 4.

Maybe you should start adding up the sales of all the current Sony exclusives. It's a no brainer, ever Halo title released since Halo 3 has outsold Sonys combined exclusives released in the same year.
Sony has nothing else since Bloodborne coming out this year that would sell in the large numbers.

Last time I checked PS4 only had exclusives in the beginning of this year was because they were delayed from 2014 and pushed to 2015.
Uncharted was delayed so what AAA exclusives does Sony have in 2nd half of the year....
MS has Halo 5, Fable Legends, Elite Dangerous, Forza Motorsport 6, Quantum Break, Crackdown, Rise of the Tomb Raider and possibly Scalebound.
Looks more to me that the exclusives are on the Xbox One.

Yes DriveClub was so successful Sony closed the studio down within 6 months of DriveClubs release because thats how you creat a long lasting franchise to cater to the high demand....
The Order was a success? LMFAO I love the defending for a game that had no coop, no multiplayer, no game modes, no leveling system, 4 hours long with chapters that are nothing but a cutscene, full of QTE'S and as if that wasn't bad enougb the devs recycled...
DX12 will do more for the XB1 than Vulkan (which Sony have already said won't be using). DX12 will unlock more of the eSRAM allowing the XB1 to utilize the Tiled Resourcing hardware more efficiently.
The APIs in general do the same thing, but DX12 is designed with more abilities for future hardware designed by AMD and Nvidia.
