The amount of hate for this game from the N4G community. I remember when World at War was coming out and everyone bashed that for being a WWII rehash and praised MW2 for taking the franchise elsewhere.
Then when MW2 was announced everyone was super excited. Now that it's out all the haters bash it for being "more of the same". More of the same? It's also funny that most of the haters are PS3 lovers and always bring up R2, KZ2 and MAG...MAG which isn't even out and still...
I bet half the people that complained don't even game and probably dont even own a comp. capable of anything higher than solitaire.
Once again the internet stirs up a bunch on hype and nonsense and in the end all falls flat.

A patch of Modern Warfare? Funny how little you truly know about this game. Everything has been approved upon 10 folds. Everything that made CoD4 great has been expanded and turned into something even better.
Again you abuse the "triple A" word which seems to come out of your mouth in every post. MW2 is a far bigger Triple A title than anything excluuuuuuusive to come out on PS3 this far.

Funny how EA was one of the companies praising the Wii and if i'm correct dedicated a whole team to develop just for the Wii. All they saw where $$$ from Nintendo's superior first party titles and thought they could cash in with quick gimmicky controls and under par games.
Shame on you EA! Dead Space should not have been a first person shooter on rails! The Wii is more than capable of handling a third person action survival horror game.
Missing out on a great game and all around the best fun you can have in years on a console.
But no loss, i'm sure there are millions of others who have jumped on the train and rightfully so. The game is magnificent and solid as a rock.

Don't know how you can say that with a straight face. This game looks damn interesting and appears to have one hell of a story.
I can't wait to pick this up.
I played this at PAX and in all honesty it was 85% QTE.
But it was still intriguing and I still will be picking this game up.

It's a shame it took this long with so many different sku's in the three years for the PS3 to finally start rolling.
It was definitely a hard and expensive lesson Sony had learn.
It's also good to see something beating the Wii but I have to wonder is it beating the Wii simply because everyone in Japan damn near already owns a Wii?
Anyways I hope this keeps up, I would like to see Nintendo get off of its lazy ass and start knuckling down making great gam...
