They should play the Pearl Jam song durin the opening credits.
@dragon
i dont understand what you mean by "xbox brand not console" the xbox is the console its not the company.
So what's the PS3 brand? Answer that? Are you saying MS has not satisfied its core base of users? Or they haven't satisfied you?
You say sony gave user's achievements because fans demanded it. Why do you think they demanded it, it's because 360 had it and it enhanced the gamer experience. sony fans d...
@dramscus
The problem i have is you state "dont flame its true"
No it's not true, it's your opinion, not fact.
The 360 has just as much variety and quirky games as the ps3 to say otherwise is plain non sense and just ignorant.
Multiplats do count because they make up 90 to 95% of the software line up of both 360 and ps3.
Bottom line is this, GET OFF THE "EXCLUSIVE" BUZZ WORD TRAIN ...
Really, the hardcore will go for Playstation just for "exzclusives"?
So Xbox doesn't have any hardcore eggsclusives? Like Gears, Halo or any good hardcore multiplats like CoD, BF3?
Believe it or not some people are not interested in Sony esssclusives. Just like some hardcore groups are not interested in Mario or Zelda. Don't flame it's true, just face it.
Guess who there are more of? That's right kids riding the bus, people waiting at DMV, Moms watching their kids practice soccer.
I don't think consoles are dying but the mobile and casual market has proved that they are just as big as the console market. Just ask Move, Kinect and Wii.
Bastion looks great, i love the style and the narration as you play the game.
Twisted Planet looks fun and again I love the art style.
Toy Soldiers also looks awesome, I'll pick that up in a later date tho.
Wow, two disagrees, the ONLY disagrees on this page. I swear I have some disagree fairies following me.
I know why would gamers sit in comfort and play the 3DS, Vita, iPhone, iPad, DS, PSP, Mobile Game devices, etc etc etc.
Lucky for us gamers the WiiU can also be played on a huge flat screen TV.
I remember getting this game. Everyone on my block got it the same day and we finished it a day later. I remember running to the neighbors house and asking how to get past the Lost Forest.
@Turtle
We were hardcore back in those days. I remember one of my friends left Mega Man 1 on all night because he made it to the Wily stage then had to go to bed. There were no saves or passwords so he left his NES on all night on pause and finished it the next morning.
For me it was the original and the one on Super Nintendo.
Thom ive been saying for the longest that Vesperia only came out on 360 in the west due to the large install base it had here. At the time it came out the ps3 was doing horrible.
The sales for all Tales games were never spectacular. Namco always loses money when they localize and release a Tales game here. It doesn't have the big name following of other eastern rpg's like FF. Now i know i'll get a ton of disagrees and people saying that they buy every tales gam...
Summer of Arcade just keeps getting better every year.
Bastion for the win!
Bu...bu...buuuut M$ paid for the exclusive and Namco @#$& their original loyal fanbase on Sony for money!!!
I know this because of the hundreds of posts on N4G. Once again n4g is wrong about everything in the real development world of video games.
Anyways i wouldn't hold my breath of Vesperia coming stateside on the Ps3. The sales were not good enough to justify doing so. I would love it if they did though. Vesperia was one of the best rpg this ge...
Those guys were probably sick of making Fable games. It's like the people who do Madden, most of the team have moved on.
It's time for Peter and his team to sit down and re-evaluate the Fable franchise. Put it in a new setting add some real co-op mode, offer something new that no other rpg has done yet.
Either that or let the Fable series rest for a while and work on a new IP.
Hey Peter, maybe it's time to hand Fable over to another producer or developer. Maybe it's time for you to concentrate on another IP.
You need to do something drastic to get the magic of the first Fable back.
Funny there was an article not to long ago on here announcing lulz had disbanded. Once again the n4g forums blew up patting each other on the back congratulating each other.
i pointed out that there was no reason to celebrate since these guys could get back together anytime. For my statement i disagreed to hell and back.
Damn, i really need to think more .... Yes Valkyria Chronicles was excellent as for Resonance of Fate i did love the battle system it was fresh and a good change from all the swords and wizardry. But that story was confusing and boring as hell. I mean it wasn't until the last two chapters that the heroes truly got involved with whatever the hell was taking place.
I love how people blame something thats been popular for years on advertisement.
Maybe, just maybe Halo is a fun game. Its a game that has been around for years and still has a strong fanbase.
If the game isnt for you then thats another story. But dont say its popular only because of advertising.
I agree with this guys wife. I thought the concept for Mario Galaxy was great. But after a good play on it i found it boring.
LA Noire was also disappointing. It was cool in the beginning but once i made traffic it started to dawn on me that this is it. It became very boring.
You know...i really did try star ocean and i wanted to like it but i couldnt get past that little girls annoying voice. She said the same thing over and over again after a fight.
I wish there was a language option for the game.
I know i know, that shouldnt stop me from playing the game. Perhaps ill go back to it.
Halo 4 will have to bring the thunder. With all the CoD's and BF3's out there Halo will have to set itself apart.
One thing it has going for it is the sci fi element and all the future weapons. Here's hoping it incorporates the fun game elements of CoD/BF plus adds new features to keep it fresh.
Peace.
