Check mandf I platinumed all the souls games. Your weapon can do one hits kills but the enemy attacks scale so yes it doesnt matter the level. All souls games scale. Ng+ is different too.

Exactly a beginners guide no more. In no way shape or form are you anywhere close to OP. In case you didn't know op stands for overpowered. That 100percent shield does nothing against strong enemies 100percent of the time and weighs a lot for a underleveled character where weight matters unlike most rpgs.
This is as far from op as you can get. You can level up to level 700 and you still wont be op. The game scales with your level. Focus on one stat and build dont even stats. Upgrade your weapon and learn to fight with it. Weapon upgrades dont scale like level upgrades.
