I was going to offer the serious response of "I think it has to do with the dumbass Mii-like avatars they're adding," but I have no idea what the hell you're talking about otherwise.
The greatest Braid player ever. Bwooooop.
Who completely ignores sarcasm and the fact that the article is obviously intended for humor. Nice job jumping straight to the "I would love to smash this guy's face in" bit, though. That's a huge improvement over wit.
Exactly...I would like a system that doesn't result in a list of "things we would like to see in the future" two years after release...wah-waaah.
The things on this list might make that a reality. Maybe.
Again, responding to an inaccurate conclusion made on your part.
The original issue was that you claimed the article "admitted that being wrapped up in a video game or video game console is idiotic???" Only the synopsis is misleading--the article itself never says it's "David Hayter's petition," just that it's a petition designed to help allow him to write the script. The article does, however, imply the petition is endorsed by Otacon, which may or may not be accurate.
I might be wrong, because I don't have one of those "sense of humor" things I've heard so much about, but I think that might be exactly what makes it funny.
